17 Under 17 — A Case Study in Talent Identification
In 2014, DexChallenge launched 17 Under 17 — a model talent identification framework for educational institutions in the country to follow. The "17 Under 17" from different schools and regions competed at the state level to be inducted into the state's 17 Under 17 — an exclusive cohort of young people across different co-curricular and extra-curricular disciplines, in which over 250,000 people participated.The journeys of the 17 Under 17 can be traced in Stories.
Advisory and Assistance to Institutions
DexChallenge continues to offer advisory and direct assistance to educational institutions, non-profits and international foundations to become more effective in their talent identification and talent development.
Paving the way for next-generation programs
The research and experience gained from running DexChallenges between 2008 and 2014 led to the founding of several institutions and programs that Dexterity Global built over the years. DexChallenges paved the way for a mechanism to identify and groom next generation leaders at a young age.
